Behavior Solutions, LLC is a private behavior analysis consulting organization located in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Established in 1998 by Rob Chittum, MS, BCBA, our team is comprised of Board Certified and Board Certification eligible Behavior Analysts. We are available to provide on-site support to agencies and families throughout Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina. We are dedicated to providing applied behavior analysis services of the highest quality. Our goal is to develop strong relationships with those we serve, and to assist children and adults in achieving their maximum potential at home, school, and in the communty.

Rob Chittum, MS, BCBA (Director) is a 1992 graduate of the Behavior Analysis & Therapy program at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. For 16 years he has treated severe behavioral disorders in a variety of clinical populations including: acquired brain injury, autism spectrum disorders, and other developmental disorders. He served as the Clinical Director of the Neurobehavioral Program at ReMed in Philadelphia, PA prior to moving to Tennessee in 1996. During the past 10 years he has been in private practice. Rob has published research articles in numerous professional journals including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, and is an active member of both the Tennessee and International Behavior Analysis Associations.
Robert Peets, MA, BCBA received his Master's degree from East Tennessee State University. He has 10 years experience as a Behavior Analyst and has worked with a variety of clinical populations. He received his Board Certification in 2005. He is an active member of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis and is the current Chair of the TABA Publications Committee.
Ginger Barbour, MS, BCBA received her Master's degree from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and completed additional core behavior analysis training through Penn State. She is an active member of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis. Ginger has a background in child development and a strong interest in early intervention, educational needs of special needs children, inclusion, and autism.
Twana Taylor, serves as office manager for Behavior Solutions. She is instrumental in submission of service calendars and coordinating treatment provision for all of our Behavior Analysts.
Jessica Chittum, BS (Adminstrative Assistant). She has bachelor's degrees in psychology and special education. She manages referrals, billing, and insurance pre-authorizations. She is trained as a Special Education Teacher with specialization in behavior disorders. She is credentialed as a behavior specialist by the Tennessee Department of Mental Retardation. Her work experience includes teaching, cognitive therapist at ReMed in Philadelphia, PA (a private post-acute brain injury rehabilitation center), and more recently early intervention specialist with the Arc of Washington County Little Folks Program in Johnson City, Tennessee.
